PostHeaderIcon BRIMS Plans for the Future

A committee has been formed to develop a future vision for our museum and its outreach activities. Jeff Moore is chairing this committee and has given a preliminary report at the October Board Meeting.  The committee has indentified three major goals that need to be tackled in the coming years -- seek a new location for the museum, create a sustainable source of funding, and expand outreach into the area schools. The committee has visited the science museum in Prestonsburg and is making plans to visit museums in Owensboro and Evansville to gain further insight into how we can achieve our goals for a sussessful BRIMS in the future.
